In order to improve production efficiency and product quality, the company has invested nearly 50 million yuan, independently developed a 100,000 grade clean workshop, constant temperature and humidity environment control system, and introduced advanced automatic film cutting equipment and high precision automatic winding equipment at home and abroad. In addition, the company also independently innovated the double-sided gold injection sealing system to further enhance product stability and consistency. At present, the company's annual production capacity has exceeded 10 million units, and it is in a leading position in the domestic low-voltage capacitor industry.

The company is equipped with automatic semi-finished product/finished product voltage testing machine, power capacitor durability test bench, CBB durability test bench, capacitor aging test bench, ROHS spectral element analyzer and other advanced testing equipment. These devices not only ensure the quality and reliability of each batch of products, but also provide customized testing services to meet the diverse needs of customers.

The company also performs well in terms of technology. The self-developed constant temperature and humidity purification unit and the highly closed positive pressure dust-free purification workshop provide a clean and stable production environment for the production of products. At the same time, the self-developed double-sided gold spraying system ensures the uniform surface of the gold spraying layer, and the diameter size does not affect the change of uniformity, further improving the quality and performance of the product.

The process stability is good, the core diameter change does not affect the uniformity, the winding and gold spraying process is stable and consistent, to ensure the overall performance and reliability of the capacitor. As a result, the core has high electrical performance and process stability, making it suitable for high performance capacitor applications.
